Leadership Techniques, LLC offers customizable leadership and project management seminars targeted to specific audiences. What distinguishes us from others is that we are not sales people trained to do seminars, and we are not selling books or other materials. We are experienced, qualified managers who love our work and are passionate about sharing our knowledge!

Our seminars are a unique experience; we will customize the day to meet your needs. Simply notify us ahead of time if there is a specific topic you would like to discuss or learn more about and we’ll ensure we address it during your session. There is a space on the registration form for you to provide this information or you can call or email us. We can also offer individual sessions for you or your team if you have a topic that is confidential or too sensitive for discussion during your session.

Today’s business environment calls for managers at all levels and in various disciplines. While the information we are sharing is sometimes broad in nature it can be applied to specific scenarios differently. For example, a first year manager in a small company quite often has a very different role than a first year manager in a large organization. Additionally, organizational structure can also have a great impact on managers. The role of a project manager in a strong matrix organization is very different from the same job in a functional organization.

The specific topics can also have different meaning for various management levels. All project managers need to know how to manage a schedule. A first year manager, however, may be focused on identifying critical path and understanding the relationships between various stakeholders and team members, while a more experienced manager may have mastered those fundamental skills but needs to learn more about managing multiple projects simultaneously or focus more on external factors, such as vendors and contractors.
